Incredibly popular Caselogic VNA netbook or iPad Bag
Although this netbook/iPad bag is not a messenger bag I couldn't pass up listing it here as it is one value packed bag/attache case.
Not wanting to use the term attache case since it does sound so old school and this is definitely not an old school bag, I think bag or case is a better description. 
I think that the first thing that is quite unusual is the price - no it's not high - it is ultra low. This Caselogic netbook bag actually comes in three different sizes; the 10.2 inch, a 14.1 inch and a 16 inch and two different colors - black or brown. Just be sure to order the right size bag and color that you want as you will see all of them on the order page.
The 10.2 inch size works well for both netbooks and also an iPad. While your netbook goes into the main compartment, your accessories go into their own compartment which has pockets for each of your items.
There is also what Caselogic calls a "speed pocket" where you can keep your keys, cell phone or other items that you need to grab in a hurry.
In addition you have a "power pocket" for your electronics accessories which has an elevated section for your smaller devices and your larger devices sits below this section making them fit better which helps to avoid that big bump that you can often get by the time you put in a power adapter, brick, cords, and accessories. It's almost like one sits on top of the other while still being separated.
The case material is lightweight yet strong and the case has a 25 year warranty (and remember this case is very inexpensively priced).
The Caselogic VNA210 gives you a choice of carrying your bag with its handles like an attache case or you can use the shoulder strap.
